Heaven & Health has been in business since 2002 and was founded by Helen Berryman, RN, LMT. Our office is conveniently located in Greenville on Rt. 52 just south of the Powder Mill Square shopping center.
You will feel right at home from the moment you step into our reception. Our fireplace provides a cozy warmth during the winter months and no British business would be complete without a portrait of King Charles reigning over the room! (Don’t worry, the portrait of Queen Elizabeth is still here!)
You also can’t miss our authentic red British telephone booth when you drive into the carpark!

Heaven & Health recognizes that both therapeutic and relaxation massages are beneficial to overall health.
Therapeutic
The primary focus of our business is relieving pain and helping to improve mobility. We specialize in the treatment of neck pain, back pain and migraine headaches.
Our experienced Licensed Massage Therapists incorporate different combinations of techniques to address every client’s unique needs. This individualized approach ensures that each client reaches their goals in the shortest time possible.
Some of the techniques we use are: Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Massage, Manual Lymphatic Treatment, and Active Isolated Stretching.
Relaxation
Relaxation Massage is a very important part of healthcare and should not be considered “just” a relaxation massage!
A very large percentage (60-70%) of Americans report feeling stressed, depressed and anxious in their everyday lives.
A massage can help by calming the mind and soothing the nervous system. It helps to reduce muscular tension, relieve stress and improve mood. Massage triggers the body to release endorphins and serotonin that encourage relaxation and help you feel good.
About Our Founder
HELEN BERRYMAN (RN, LMT, NCTMB, MMP)
Helen Berryman is the Founder of Heaven & Health, LLC. Helen has been a Registered Nurse for more than 30 years, having received her nursing degree from the Radcliffe School of Nursing in Oxford, England.
Helen graduated as a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2002 and is nationally certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). Helen is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and served on the board of the Delaware chapter for 3 years as treasurer.
In 2002, Helen established Heaven & Health Massage Therapy offering several modalities of therapeutic massage. She created Heaven & Health, LLC in 2011 and began hiring high quality Licensed Massage Therapists to be able to offer a wider variety of massage services. The mission of Heaven & Health is to provide “Wellness On A Higher Level” to its clients, providing pain relief and mobility improvement.

Our History
Heaven & Health was founded in 2002 by Helen Berryman. Massage was a second career for Helen and she graduated from the Delaware School of Shiatsu and Massage Therapy, having worked as a Registered Nurse for more than 20 years.
Having starting out with a small massage room in a building in downtown Wilmington, Heaven & Health moved to a small private office in Elsmere in 2006.
In 2011, Heaven & Health moved to a multi-room office where we could accommodate our growing staff of therapists.
Helen retired from hands-on massage in 2017, but continues to manage the day-to-day operations of the business and is blessed with a caring and talented staff who continue to uphold her high standards for massage and client care.
The COVID pandemic presented some very real challenges for all massage therapy practices in 2020 and Heaven & Health was no exception.
In spite of this, we were excited to move into our beautiful, and much larger office in September of 2020.
The office is ADA compliant throughout and has plenty of private, off-street parking.
