Rebecca Mulrine is a Licensed Massage Therapist and also British! She graduated in 2009 with honours from the Harris School in Wilmington, Delaware. Before joining Heaven & Health she worked for two years in a day spa and two years in a chiropractic office, all the while maintaining her own private practice.

Rebecca has completed further training in reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage (Nurturing the Mother).

She is passionate about helping people to feel better through relaxation massage for relief of stress, anxiety or muscular tension. She is also certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner and works with physicians to help patients in pain. Rebecca is nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Alice has been a nurse for over 25 years, specializing in many types of nursing ranging from critical care to hospice care. Therapeutic touch has always been an important part of her nursing practice, so following her dream of becoming a massage therapist was a natural fit. She enjoys incorporating many massage modalities into her massage practice including reflexology, myofascial therapy, lymphatic massage and cupping.

With an emphasis on healing/not hurting, Alice favours light to medium pressure, incorporating deep tissue massage to focused areas where needed.

Alice is very comfortable seeing clients with advanced and complicated medical conditions and loves to be part of the healing process with personal injury, worker’s compensation and medical massage clients.

Naomi Hoffman is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of the University of West Florida and the Academy of Massage and Bodywork.

Naomi is passionate about educating others on the benefits of bodywork as an essential component in personal wellness and self care. She works with each client to tailor sessions to individual needs, recognizing massage therapy as a valuable tool in reducing stress and helping the body heal itself. Training includes Active Assisted Stretching, Cupping, Orthopedic Massage, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Bodywork for Depression and Anxiety, and Integrative Reflexology.

Stephanie is a graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodyworks here in Delaware. She is very passionate about healing modalities and creating a relaxing environment for her clients. Stephanie believes that massage therapy is a great way of relieving tension and reducing stress. She is trained in many techniques including Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. Stephanie puts an emphasis on helping each client receive the maximum benefit from massage by focusing on their individual needs. She is very committed to her client’s well-being and is an advocate for holistic health.

Theresa graduated in 1991 from The Well-Person Place, a Susan B. Anthony University accredited massage school.

She has worked in pain management for several years, providing therapeutic massage to patients who have injuries and suffer from chronic pain.

Theresa specializes in Active Modulation (Myofascial) Therapy using the Diamond method. She loves to focus on rehab therapy with orthopedic massage and specializes in work on shoulders and knees.

She is a licensed esthetician in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and her love of horses keeps her busy providing massage therapy to many local equine athletes!

Austin Publicover is a big fan of most music and all sounds: birdsong, motor whirrs, airplane rumbles, junkyard creeks…but mainly birdsong. A believer in mindfulness and stress reduction as ways toward whole-body health, Austin promotes the mind-body connection by using massage to support anyone on their journey to a thriving, healthy life. Hailing from Brooklyn and now a happy Delawarean, Austin is a proud graduate of the Academy of Massage & Bodywork. He’s a vegetarian, an avid animal dad to two cats and two dogs, and enjoys making music in his spare time.

Geraldine Celestin is a graduate of the Academy of Massage & Bodywork. In addition to her massage therapy education, she is also a trained physical therapist, giving her a deep understanding of the specific needs and concerns of her clients.

Geraldine has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and she speaks four languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and Creole).

Apart from her professional pursuits, Geraldine has a passion for travel. This has allowed her to explore different massage techniques and healing practices from around the world, thus broadening her skillset.

With her compassionate nature, diverse language abilities, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ongoing learning, Geraldine brings a genuine desire to help others achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being through the transformative power of massage therapy.

Carol was born in Ireland, then moved to England at the age of 6 and grew up in Cambridgeshire/Suffolk. Prior to moving to the United States 21 years ago, she worked in Human Resources at an electronics company.

In her own words, Carol feels “incredibly fortunate to work with the most talented, knowledgeable, kind and caring group of people at Heaven and Health. I wish I had found them sooner!”

Carol lives in Landenberg with her husband and a puppy named “Shamrock”!

Cybèle (pronounced Sa-Belle) is a recent graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork. Born and raised in California, she is now enjoying the natural beauty of Delaware.

She endeavors to be attuned to the energies of both the relationship between client and therapist, and to the massage she offers.  She feels that healing can take place most profoundly when there is a connection forged with her clients. Thus, she listens to them physically and energetically, attending to the smallest, but often very important, details.  She uses her intuitive abilities, merged with hands-on techniques, to provide a deeply healing experience to her clients.

Cybèle enjoys creating a space that is beautiful, calm and soothing to all the senses.  A space where you can truly relax and receive the benefits of bodywork. She has a particular interest in reflexology and is enrolled in a post-graduate certificate program in orthopedic/medical massage technique.

Cybèle has studied many forms of dance and enjoys finding ways to express her creativity. Cooking, bike rides, and her beloved cat, Turtle fill her heart with joy!
