A warm towel begins this treatment with your choice of lavender or coconut CBD. Acupressure, lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release and Swedish massage techniques along with a stimulating scalp massage are all incorporated into this treatment. Sole to Crown Treatment with Theresa
Combine a CBD facial massage with foot reflexology for a ‘sole to crown” balancing treatment. Includes 125mg highest quality, organic CBD. Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the feet to produce health benefits elsewhere in the body. Holistic Orthopedic Massage with Theresa
A two-hour service that includes posture assessment and balancing, therapeutic touch, (addresses the energy fields around the body), foot reflexology, treatment focusing on the ligaments and tendons of shoulders and knees, myofascial and neuromuscular therapy.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. A treatment may feel like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Some clients feel sensations like warmth, tingling, or deep relaxation, with minimal to no talking during the session, and the overall experience is designed to be calming and restorative.
