Travel Protocol Update

Just to let you know….

We have been regularly reevaluating the COVID protocols we have had in place since June of last year to see if any changes could be safely made. Now that many of you have received both vaccines and the staff at Heaven & Health will soon be fully vaccinated, there is a temptation to relax our restrictions.

However, at his press conference on Tuesday, Governor Carney noted that despite an aggressive vaccination programme, there has been a slight increase over the past couple of weeks of hospitalizations in Delaware due to the coronavirus. For this reason, we have chosen to keep all our current protocols in place with the following exception which comes directly from the CDC:

“All travelers, regardless of vaccination status, should get tested 3-5 days after travel and stay home to self-quarantine for 7 days after travel, even if their test is negative. Travelers who don’t get tested should stay home and self-quarantine for 10 days after travel.”

Guidelines are ever evolving, so we ask that regarding travel, you act responsibly when making your appointments at Heaven & Health to ensure the safety of other clients and our staff.
