Updated COVID protocols [July]

Hi everyone,

We wanted to keep you updated on our COVID policies. At Heaven & Health we have been following CDC guidelines, and now that many clients and staff are fully vaccinated, we have become more relaxed. It’s what we’ve been looking forward to for so long!!

Having said that, we are all aware that the Delta variant is creating another ‘wave’ and case numbers are rising in almost every state, including Delaware. While those vaccinated are certainly more protected, there isn’t a 100% guarantee of not contracting COVID and vaccinated people can still carry the virus and infect others.

With this in mind, we’ve made the decision to tighten our protocols again. This will mean (regardless of vaccination status):

• Continuing with questions on client arrival about symptoms, exposure and travel
• Sanitizing hands before entering the office
• Staff wearing masks at all times
• Clients continuing to wear masks

We have come so far and need to join with the rest of the world to make a final push to gain the upper hand on this pandemic. If you have any suggestions or questions, don’t hesitate to let me know.
