Rebecca Mulrine is a Licensed Massage Therapist and also British! She graduated in 2009 with honors from the Harris School in Wilmington, Delaware. Before joining Heaven & Health she worked for two years in a day spa and two years in a chiropractic office, all the while maintaining her own private practice.

Rebecca has completed further training in reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage and prenatal massage (Nurturing the Mother).

She is passionate about helping people to feel better through relaxation massage for relief of stress, anxiety or muscular tension. She is also certified as a Medical Massage Practitioner and works with physicians to help patients in pain. Rebecca is nationally certified by the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Alice has been a nurse for over 25 years, specializing in many types of nursing ranging from critical care to hospice care. Therapeutic touch has always been an important part of her nursing practice, so following her dream of becoming a massage therapist was a natural fit. She enjoys incorporating many massage modalities into her massage practice including reflexology, myofascial therapy, lymphatic massage and cupping.

With an emphasis on healing/not hurting, Alice favours light to medium pressure, incorporating deep tissue massage to focused areas where needed.

Alice is very comfortable seeing clients with advanced and complicated medical conditions and loves to be part of the healing process with personal injury, worker’s compensation and medical massage clients.

Naomi Hoffman is a Licensed Massage Therapist, and a graduate of the University of West Florida and the Academy of Massage and Bodywork.

Naomi is passionate about educating others on the benefits of bodywork as an essential component in personal wellness and self care. She works with each client to tailor sessions to individual needs, recognizing massage therapy as a valuable tool in reducing stress and helping the body heal itself. Training includes Active Assisted Stretching, Cupping, Orthopedic Massage, Advanced Myofascial Techniques, Bodywork for Depression and Anxiety, and Integrative Reflexology.

Stephanie is a graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodyworks here in Delaware. She is very passionate about healing modalities and creating a relaxing environment for her clients. Stephanie believes that massage therapy is a great way of relieving tension and reducing stress. She is trained in many techniques including Lymphatic Drainage, Reflexology, Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Hot Stone Therapy. Stephanie puts an emphasis on helping each client receive the maximum benefit from massage by focusing on their individual needs. She is very committed to her client’s well-being and is an advocate for holistic health.

Austin Publicover is a big fan of most music and all sounds: birdsong, motor whirrs, airplane rumbles, junkyard creeks…but mainly birdsong. A believer in mindfulness and stress reduction as ways toward whole-body health, Austin promotes the mind-body connection by using massage to support anyone on their journey to a thriving, healthy life. Hailing from Brooklyn and now a happy Delawarean, Austin is a proud graduate of the Academy of Massage & Bodywork. He’s a vegetarian, an avid animal dad to two cats and two dogs, and enjoys making music in his spare time.

Geraldine Celestin is a graduate of the Academy of Massage & Bodywork. In addition to her massage therapy education, she is also a trained physical therapist, giving her a deep understanding of the specific needs and concerns of her clients.

Geraldine has experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and she speaks four languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and Creole).

Apart from her professional pursuits, Geraldine has a passion for travel. This has allowed her to explore different massage techniques and healing practices from around the world, thus broadening her skill set.

With her compassionate nature, diverse language abilities, cultural sensitivity, and commitment to ongoing learning, Geraldine brings a genuine desire to help others achieve optimal physical and emotional well-being through the transformative power of massage therapy.

Theresa Talley graduated in 1991 from the Well-Person Place in Lenni, PA. Accredited by Susan B. Anthony University, she trained in Scientific Swedish Massage, foot reflexology, therapeutic touch and touch for health. Upon graduation, Theresa joined her husband, a Doctor of Chiropractic, in Media, PA, providing patients with holistic modalities.

With a love of horses, she took an equine sports massage program and, in 1994, became one of just 500 people worldwide to practice equine massage.

She is also licensed as an esthetician in Delaware and Pennsylvania.

In 2017, Theresa returned to massage therapy as a Licensed Massage Therapist. She has trained in trigger point therapy, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Awareness Through Body Movement, orthopedic shoulder and knee massage, reflexology and lymphatic drainage facial massage for skin conditions.

Theresa has a passion for helping clients regain mobility and function after injury, and enjoys working hand in hand with the medical profession. She is Delaware’s only certificate holder of Active Modulation Therapy!

Cybèle (pronounced Sa-Belle) is a graduate of the Academy of Massage and Bodywork. Born and raised in California, she is now enjoying the natural beauty of Delaware.

Cybèle enjoys creating a space that is beautiful, calm and soothing to all the senses. She feels that healing can take place most profoundly when there is a connection forged with her clients.  She uses her intuitive abilities, merged with hands-on techniques, to provide a deeply healing experience to her clients. She has a particular interest in reflexology and is enrolled in a post-graduate certificate program in orthopedic/medical massage technique.

Cybèle has studied many forms of dance and enjoys finding ways to express her creativity. Cooking, bike rides, and her beloved cat, Turtle fill her heart with joy!

Nannette Reeves completed a 35 year corporate career and took action to pursue her dream of becoming a massage therapist through the Academy of Massage and Bodywork. 

While caring for her elderly mother for 10 years, Nannette learned the importance of therapeutic touch and healing. Nan, as she is known by most, enjoys working in all modalities of massage, including myofascial therapy, deep tissue, prenatal, relaxation, and bodywork for depression and anxiety. She has a particular interest in lymphatic treatment and is enrolled in a post-graduate certificate program in lymphatic massage. 

Nan is passionate about bringing peace and serenity to those who are stressed and feeling out of sorts.  She believes that the body has the ability to heal itself with a little outside help from massage and deep relaxation. Being able to hear what the body is telling you is a skill that Nan has fine-tuned and seeks to share with others.  

Nan loves all outdoor activities and, when not working, is usually found in her garden. She has a large group of friends that engages her in many activities such as jazz festivals, tea parties and other social events. Being part of the healing community has been such a blessing, and Nan looks forward to sharing this at Heaven & Health.

Danielle Cannon, LMT, has been practicing massage since 2012, when she graduated from Harris School of Business in Wilmington, DE. She focuses primarily on Deep Tissue, Swedish, Hot Stone, and Prenatal Massages. Danielle utilizes all of her massage techniques to provide physical, emotional, and mental relief to her clients who are experiencing pain and stress. Her favorite massage to give is a deep relaxation massage, because “sometimes the best thing you can do for a client is to help them relieve their stress.”

Danielle is a Delaware native and currently lives in Bear. She enjoys biking, beach trips with her family, DIY projects for every holiday, and spending time with her family and three dogs.

Jaime is a graduate of The National Personal Training Institute in Florida with over two decades of delivering professional customized services while focusing on optimizing the client experience. Through her career,  she has worked side by side with chiropractors, physical therapists and post-op recovery specialists while, as a wellness educator, she brings life to the curriculum, vision, mission and philosophy in each course. Through the years, Jaime has had the opportunity to blend East & West modalities to achieve balance each day in the session room and in her personal journey. Her sessions are focused on healing the mind, body and soul as one to gain mobility and growth toward the lifestyle change we seek in our daily practice.

Carol was born in Ireland, then moved to England at the age of 6 and grew up in Cambridgeshire/Suffolk. Prior to moving to the United States 21 years ago, she worked in Human Resources at an electronics company.

In her own words, Carol feels “incredibly fortunate to work with the most talented, knowledgeable, kind and caring group of people at Heaven and Health. I wish I had found them sooner!”

Carol lives in Landenberg with her husband and a puppy named “Shamrock”!
