Nurturing and Healing Experience

As always, Heaven and Health is a nurturing experience from the moment I walk in the door. I was greeted warmly by Helen and Naomi. Naomi had the massage table heated as I prefer…..ocean waves for sound….lavender aroma. perfect. She gave me an amazing massage with just the right pressure and got all of my tense spots.
