Amazing all around!

Heaven and Health is wonderful! Despite being in a less than beautiful area of Wilmington, they have a little oasis where you can relax and de-stress! I have received massages from both Helen and Rebecca and I enjoyed them both! I wish I could get daily massages! I also have had Pilates classes in the upstairs room with Linda which was fun as well as helped with my flexibility! Overall I love this place 🙂 Especially the big red telephone booth outside.
