A very relaxing and pampering experience.

I found Heaven & Health (7+ yrs) n hv not gone elsewhere since. I now live in Middletown (4 yrs) n still make the trip. I love the homey n comfortable atmoshere of Heaven & Health. It is like going 2 grandma’s house instead of a always clean n has easy parking. I go 2 Heather. She is a delightful person – very pleasant n professional. She knows all the right nooks n crannies 2 massage based on what I say is causing me pain. She gives an outstanding massage.
