So excited to return

I haven’t been to H&H for several years. Tried chiropractic and PT services most recently and realized that muscle relaxation through massage was what I needed. So excited to schedule again with Helen and she did not disappoint. Her gentle, skilled and thorough technique was spot on. The atmosphere is lovely yet professional. Cannot wait for my next massage!
